I believe that as in sports and our career we sometimes need a Coach that brings out the best in us. While you are the expert of your own domain, I will help to explore new directions giving my undivided attention to allow a safe space and time for reflection. This will ultimately help you get a better line of sight for the next step in building your own strategic plan and to follow up on it.
In consultancy I share my knowledge and relevant business experience, advising and providing guidance and supporting you as per your situation, which often leads to brainstorming together, finding new ways that could work for your particular case.

Resilience and curiosity is much needed especially when you step out of your comfort zone. Trying something new, going somewhere different, especially where you have never been before. Determination, focus and a strategy of how to handle setbacks to naturally stretch yourself and to get a better version of yourself. As in sports so in life sometimes you need someone at your side to help you facilitate your own growth.
