About Ada

I was born and raised in Hungary. Early on I realized that I'm interested in the life, career and motivation of others, how and what has shaped people's lives to take one path or another. Hence my motivation to move abroad and work with other people, experience living and working with other cultures and learn the language of the country. I have lived in Germany, Italy, Belgium, Austria and now in Switzerland.

Career and Leadership Coach – HR Business Leader – Virtual Work Expert – Sport Enthusiast

I successfully completed a degree in International Relations, whilst completing two semesters abroad, one in Germany followed by Italy, and a Master’s degree in Business Development. I have worked for well known prominent multinational organizations in various industries in different countries with growing responsibilities in the past 15 years as an HR Business Leader. In my roles I have constantly coached employees, leaders and executives. Furthermore, as a Global HR Leader and HR Business Partner on a multinational level I also have experience in:

  • building effective recruitment and employer branding strategies

  • driving culture, talent development and employee engagement programs

  • designing and delivering leadership trainings

  • facilitating team workshops in various topics (new process design, defining the link between company culture and teams etc)

  • developing new organizational designs and driving change initiatives

  • prepping leaders with performance management, compensation, difficult conversation tools

  • and many more

Alongside my corporate career I have been devoting time to help organizations and individuals via career and leadership coaching and personalized consultancy across multiple countries and industries.

I have been utilizing technology in my work for several years, gaining extensive experience in virtual collaboration, for example, virtual coaching to delivering training, team coaching sessions and much more in my corporate career.

Growth and success is voluntary!

As an ex karate competitor and a sport enthusiast, now a half-marathon runner, who also enjoys hiking, biking and seasonal surfing, I know it takes courage – knowledge – practice and resilience to move forward. Practicing any sport teaches us that growth takes time and can only happen if you constantly but gradually leave your comfort zone.

As in surfing, not all the waves are perfect. The ability to practice patience and watch the constantly changing water for the right wave to come along, paddling hard to catch it and go with it – over and over again.
